SCHOOL CLUBS
At Dance for Everyone, we believe that dance is a powerful tool that can inspire, engage, and empower children.
We are excited to offer our dance sessions tailored specifically for schools, creating an environment that encourages children to move, builds confidence, and promotes cognitive development.

We explore various dance styles in our classes suitable for all!
WHAT TO EXPECT
+AFTER SCHOOL CLUB- The children will be brought to the school hall from their classrooms, you will need to be available to collect them at the end of the session or let us know if they go to another afterschool service.
+BREAKFAST CLUB- Please drop children off ready for the start of the class, children are then taken to the school playground or straight to their classroom ready for class.
+WHAT TO WEAR- We recommend that children stay in their school uniform (as it can take a while for them to change.)
Please provide non-slip socks, trainers or plimsolls for your child.
+FOOD/DRINKS- Due to health & safety we do not promote eating a snack before/during classes. Please pack an extra drink on dance class days. (no fizzy drinks, cans or cartons please).
+PERFORMING- At the end of each term, we invite Grown Ups to come and watch a short performance, or we create a video to send to you. Children are invited to take part in community performances.
PAYMENTS
£5.50 per class per child - to be paid half-termly in advance. (6/7 weeks)
All payments are subject to a platform fee of approx 5%.
Please ensure payment is received before the first class.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
+Half Term Payments must be paid by the last week of term/ 1st weekend of School holidays. Your child will not be admitted to class without payment. The date is always specified on invoices and on newsletters.
+Please advise us by email/text if your child is not returning must be paid by the last week of term/ 1st weekend of the school holidays. The date will be specified in the termly newsletter. If not received by this date, your term payment is due as normal
+You/your child must be enrolled in the Class Manager System to be able to complete a class.
+Payments are invoiced by email and must be paid by card online. Platform Fee of approx 5% is added to all invoices.
+A Late Payment Fee of £10 will be added to an invoice for every week the payment is late. E.g. 1 week late = £10, 2 weeks late = £20. This is due to extra administration duties & expenses.
+If payment is excessively late and we have had no communication we have the right to consult and employ a debt agency to recover any outstanding payments.
+ If your child misses a class, the class fee is non-refundable.
+If we have to cancel a class and we provide an alternative whether another day/time or online learning, fees will be due as normal. No refund will be given.
